The visionary behind the success of the company, Mr. Mittal is the Founder Chairman of KRBL Limited. He has been instrumental, in turning the company into a global brand and the leader in the Indian Basmati industry. He was the President of the All India Rice Exporters Association and the Vice President of the Basmati Rice Farmers & Exporters Development Forum. He has been a Board Member of the Export Inspection Council as well as Basmati Development Fund.

The financial architect and the chief strategist of the company, Mr. Gupta has added immense value to the company’s financial stability. He has been the Executive Committee Member of All India Rice Exporters Association. Also, he is currently,  the Chief Mentor of Basmati Rice Farmers & Exporters Development Forum.

Ms. Mittal is a BS in Business Management from the University of Southern California. She brings innovative management strategies into the company. Ms. Mittal specialises in International Marketing of Agricultural and Food Products and presides over the marketing and branding initiatives of the company as the Marketing Director.

By profession, he is a Mechanical Engineer and Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation. He has attended a course on Management Development Program at IIM, Ahmedabad. Mr. Chand has worked with companies of repute in their field as Design Engineer with M/s Engineer India Ltd., Project & Engineering Manager with an American Multinational Pharmaceutical company - M/s Pfizer Ltd. and Project Manager with Food Multinational company - M/s Nestle India Ltd.

Mr. Ahuja is a B.Sc. Engg. (Mech.) Hons from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. An integral part of the overall functioning of the company, he not only adds significant direction to the agro arm of the company, but also provides direction to the agri services division in order to strengthen the relations of KRBL with the farming community. He holds the directorship of several companies, Manglam Ventures Ltd., Ahuja Rice & General Mills Private Ltd., Fazilka Cotton & Synthetics Ltd., GTM Synthetics Ltd. to name a few.

Mr. Arora persued his education in UK and did his M. Tech in Electronic Instrumentation and Controls from Loughborough University of Technology. Mr. Arora is also the director of the Premier Electronics Private Ltd.

Dr. Gupta is a doctorate of Engineering in Food Technology from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany. His technical knowledge has contributed immensely to the automation and technological expansion plans of the company. He holds directorships in various reputed institutions and companies like Dr. N. K. Gupta Technical Consultants Private Ltd., Indopol Food Processing Machinery Pvt. Ltd. to name a few.

Mr. Dua graduated from Delhi University and has seventeen years of experience in the Rice business. With his wealth of knowledge, Mr. Dua adds immense value to the company. He holds directorship positions in G.N. Commercial Private Limited as well.

With over 16 years of work in the legal field, Mr. Khaitan has considerable experience in corporate and commercial transactions with a particular emphasis on international corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and collaborations, investments in India and abroad, infrastructure projects, banking, venture capital, corporate finance, securities regulations and insurance laws. He holds directorship positions in several companies like J. K. Sugar Ltd, Salora International Ltd, Aravali Securities & Finance Ltd, Facor Alloys Ltd. IIpea Paramount Ltd. to name a few.
